Minimum 5 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, breakdown coordination, or service advisor role
Experience within the transport, automotive, fleet support, or commercial vehicle industry
Strong understanding of breakdown coordination, workshop operations, and aftersales processes
Proven ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management
Own reliable transport
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Additional language skills will be advantageous
