We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our team. This full-time role (Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm, alternate Saturday mornings) involves delivering outstanding service and helping customers choose the right parts to get the job done.

What The Role Involves

• Serve trade customers at the counter and by phone
• Help customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately
• Spot opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Build strong relationships with our loyal customer base
