Position Overview
• Responsible for the daily operation to handle calls ,email and Line to ensure quality services are delivered and KPI are meet.• Communicate in a clear, precise professional manner with all parties internal and external in order to ensure a quality customer service experience and timely feedback.• Ability to handle potentially stressful calls or situations while maintaining a calm, professional presence• Excellent listening and problem solving skill with attention to details• Instill customer confidence by delivering on promises such as call backs and/or delivering on agreed to action items• Ability to multi-task and make real time decision in a high volume transaction.• Fluent in Thai & English communication skills. Billegual Skill is a must
