The Company:
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing B2B Customer warranty claims and complaints in relation to product failures, delivery issues, and payment issues in relation to products purchased.Abide and uphold Australia Consumer LawProfessionally handle customers complaints and provide positive experienceLiaise with internal teams to reach swift resolutionsKeep visibility on stock availability and manage to submit Refunds, returns and replacements through the system.Brows all available options and choose the best option in each circumstance.Provide updates for customers; timeline for repairs and reassure/facilitate a s...
