Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking a customer service representative to handle client requests and provide full support in a manufacturing call center environment.
You will manage end-to-end resolution of customer issues and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a remote contract position, and candidates must be in the Austin, TX area and able to travel to the office when needed.
The hours for this position are 10:30am-7:30pm, Monday through Friday.
