To function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are delivered
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed serviceย level agreements Handles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted time Manage calls by aiming first โ call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific period Utilizes different systems through dataย entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.
