Main Responsibilities:
Manage the service order process Create and supervise customer warranty claims Oversee the Product Improvement Program Record the working hours of the technical team Calibrate, organize, and control crane maintenance tools Provide support to the customer service department Provide documentation support to the EHS department Required Profile:
