Description

Colossal Contracting, LLC is looking for a Customer Service & Procurement Analyst to work out of our Annapolis, MD HQ. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking to take their first steps towards a long-term career. This individual will interact with customers on a consistent basis while functioning in a support role for multiple departments within the company including Project Management, Sales, Federal Programs and ARAP.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Proactively reach out to clients to perform quality assurance checks.

+ Work with sales and PMO with tracking of shipments/deliveries.

+ Assist ARAP with invoicing when needed.

+ Assist PMO with managing proper documentation.
