About The Role We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Executive to join our Singapore team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing end‑to‑end order processing, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customers with timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfilment - Process sales and purchase orders accurately and within required timelines
- Monitor order status, including backorders, and ensure timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics providers, and forwarders on shipments
- Provide customers with updates on order status and delivery timelines
Customer Service - Handle customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and billing
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
