- We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Manager to lead and optimize our customer service function across multiple platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Website).
- This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality responses, planning manpower, and improving systems, processes, and service standards.
- This is not a 'replying chats' role. This is an operations, systems, and leadership role.
