Position Overview
Customer Service & Operations Executive - Support the Supervisor to ensure efficient and smooth operation of Freight & Logistics Department.
- Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment/ Order status.
- Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
- Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
- Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
- Ensure Safety and Security in all operations.
- Ensure Compliance on SOP and custom procedure.
- Ensure Team work towards zero error in Freight Shipments and order fulfillment in logistics.
- Any other official duties assigned by Senior management.
