We’re looking for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the smooth running of our multi-course golf venue. What you’ll be doing
Creating a warm and memorable welcome for members and guests, building strong relationships from first tee to clubhouse Supporting the day-to-day running of the golf operation, from check-ins and retail to keeping everything flowing seamlessly behind the scenes Delivering excellent service at every touchpoint, anticipating needs and responding with confidence and care Promoting and recommending products and services that enhance the customer experience Playing a key role in the delivery of events, from corporate golf days to a full calendar of m...
