Customer Service & Operations Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join a busy and supportive team.
🕒 Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00 (includes 30-minute break)

📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.
- Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers (once trained and confident)
- Filing and managing Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Reporting and tracking delivery shortages
- Monitoring transport delays and failures
- Updating internal progress reports
🧠 Skills Required
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Confident email communication
- Good organisational and multitasking ability
- Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
