WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience is required)

- At least Senior High School completion.

- Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, sales, or any customer-facing role is highly welcome.

- Able to communicate clearly in English and Filipino.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with product questions, orders, delivery updates, and general concerns.

- Provide helpful, respectful, and solutions-focused customer support.

- Accurately document customer interactions in our system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer requests.

- Follow up on pending concerns to ensure customers are assisted properly.
