Position Overview
Responsibilities This role will be responsible for order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documents.
- Customer service duties which include:
- Order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documents
- Invoicing, packing list, bill of lading
- Certificate of Origin / FORM E
- Preparation of shipping documents under Letters of Credit
- Liaising with shipping company
- Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
- Understanding customers’ requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products and provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
- Ensuring all LC / shipping document submissions to banks or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.
