Be the face of Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
Your role will include:
- Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
- Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment
- Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
