Position Overview
- Handover of customer data and information to the document team for VO submission.
- Ensure submitted VO submissions are released on the same day by following up with the surveyor.
- Follow up on released VOs so they can be promptly checked by the checker team.
- Follow up with customers regarding issued VOs so they can proceed to the next stage of the goods import process.
- Report all submitted data to avoid lost data.
- Be proactive in every step by double-checking data and information.
- Maintain communication across all team levels to ensure clear information and data.
- Reconfirm all data obtained to ensure smooth data submission.
Job Requirements:
- Min. graduated from Diploma's degree (D3) from all majors.
- Min. having 1 year working experience as customer service is preferable.
