**Job Description:**
What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Responsible for system-related work β SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
β’ In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics.
β’ Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns).
β’ Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry.
What We Are Looking For
β’ Diploma or Degree in any fields.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role.
β’ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
β’ Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
β’ Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
