Position Overview
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a professional logistical support, ultimately to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
β’Send weekly loading plans to the clients.
β’ Inform vessel schedules to clients once received from respective Supplier Service Officer.
β’ Check with Supplier Service Officer about old orders not loaded yet.
β’ Prepare shipping instructions for all orders upon request from the Supplier Service Officer.
β’ Check all documents once received.
β’ Issue sales invoice and send it along with draft documents for client approval.
β’ Request corrections from Supplier Service Officer in case needed.
β’ Confirm back documents to Supplier Service Officer and request scans of originals.
β’ Send Bill of Lading and documents release instructions to Supplier Service Officer.
β’ Prepare bank documentary collection if needed.
