Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of Insurance experience
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center / BPO experience
- Candidates with BPO experience in Insurance process will be highly preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
Key responsibilities include
- Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Responding to customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
- Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently and ensuring proper follow-up
- Coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution
- Escalating complex cases to team leaders when required
