We are looking for a candidate who has experience in customer service management, preferably in the US Market with Pharmaceutical clients, abilities to enhance customer satisfaction, meet customer and business expectations, and foster an environment of superior customer service. The roles and responsibilities of the CSM include the following: Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, understanding client needs, and acting as the primary point of contact.
