A leading logistics business is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their Daresbury site. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the customer through the delivery journey; leading a team of 3 and assisting with any escalation points required for the customer.

The role is a permanent position directly with the company and will focus on ensuring the delivery and improvement of the Customer Experience. As Customer Service Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives and work with the Transport team to deliver against customer expectations.

The role will be hands-on and you will be required to assist with all customer service and administrative duties that your team encounter whilst also taking responsibility for any points of escalation.
