This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality after-sales support, ensuring the smooth management of spare parts, returns, and logistics processes. You will act as a central point of contact between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and warehouse partners, ensuring queries and operational issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer queries and complaints relating to spare parts and after-sales service
