Customer Service (Direct Retail), Executive

Full-Time

• Attend to customers’ queries, for the purchase and renewal of insurance products.
• Ensure all requests from customers are attended within the Service Level set by the company.
• Contribute to Company’s premium growth through promotions of products and services.
• Perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premium and generate quotations.

Job requirement

• Degree / Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline,
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 – 2 years of working experience in Customer Service-related industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in customer feedback handling is also an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa in both speaking and writing.
