Customer Service Intern
Are you a recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience in a professional customer service environment? We’re looking for an organized and proactive intern who’s ready to learn. Graduates from IT-related fields are preferred, as the role involves working in technical support environment.In this role, you’ll help coordinate technical requests, assist in responding to customers via phone, email, and walk-ins, and support follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.This is a 3-month internship with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion. A monthly stipend will be provided.
