Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Service Assistant/Executive to join our Air Export team. The role involves handling shipment bookings, preparing export documentation, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement with the following job responsibilities:
- Manage and execute air export shipment bookings.
- Coordinate with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment readiness and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process all required documentation, including invoices, reports, permits, and Airway Bills, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide flight details promptly and keep customers updated on freight status and delivery progress.
- Ensure timely submission of cost approvals, GST billing, and payment collection.
