Position Overview
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, before and after-sales support in order to maintain overall customer (including affiliates and distributors) satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Support the Sales Team by managing the full sales order cycle, including quotation preparation, customer purchase order processing to invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Process customer purchase orders by creating system-generated Sales Orders and issuing Sales Order Confirmations. Provide customers with accurate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Manage and maintain monthly shipment schedules and monitor cutโoff dates for Customer Purchase Orders from various distributors and clients.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on all orders, ensuring any updates on quantities, shipment status, or delivery schedules are communicated promptly to customers.
