Reply to customer enquiries in a polite and helpful manner Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and service issues Work closely with the factory team to resolve customer cases Support drivers on collection and delivery matters Update customer information and case notes in the system Keep customers informed on the status of their orders or issues Provide good service and build strong customer relationships What We Look For
