Customer Service Executive

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email. Key in invoices and process billing. Send invoices to the warehouse team for packing and delivery. Follow up with customers on outstanding payments. Build good relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts. Experience in customer service or order processing is a plus. Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
