Interact with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance, and facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers.
Proficient in SAP order processing is an advantage.
Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
Provides direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities.
Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, and draft responses to Customs inquiries.
