To provide effective sales coordination and administrative support, processing, documentation, timely delivery, and efficient coordination with customers, forwarders, customs, and the warehouse to support business operations. - To provide sales and administrative support daily (issue PO, send forecast, etc.) - To coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required - To liaise with customers for delivery arrangements & requirements - To liaise with the warehouse for both inbound & outbound shipments and transportation - To coordinate with the Forwarders and customs clearance, both import & export - To monitor inventory and payment issues - To document filing for all necessary permits - To support the control document AR & AP - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
