Join PPG as a Customer Service Executive in Petaling Jaya, ensuring timely order processing and exceptional customer support.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Process customer purchase orders in alignment with supply charters and provide acknowledgments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery as per customer agreements.
- Update customers on order delivery status, including material availability and potential risks.
- Collaborate with demand and material planners to maintain safety stocks based on sales forecasts.
- Ensure all deliveries include necessary documentation, such as COA and color chips.
- Address credit-block issues with the AR team and manage customer inquiries about products.
- Report directly to the Regional Customer Experience Manager and work onsite at PJ Plant.
