1)Client - E commerce Set up
2)relevant experience in Customer service/ customer support with BPO/ Telecom/ Insurance sector
3)Documentation of processes for each of the assigned clients.
4)Ensure customers- queries/escalations are managed with high accuracy/relevance within the agreed SLA/TAT.
5)Calling the customer to collect data
6)Manage customer queries over calls/ emails
7)Coordinating with the outsourced vendor for inbound/outbound calling activities.
