Position Overview
Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam (Opposite LRT Subang Jaya)
5 working days per week 9 hours per shift (inclusive of meal break) Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and support channels Provide timely assistance and accurate information to customers Deliver quality customer service and maintain service standards Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently Support daily customer service operations
Requirements
Previous customer service experience is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work rotational shifts
