Position Overview
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company`s guideline
- Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email
- Review of agreement & Orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met
- Ensure regular update to customerβs Queries and solve within stipulated timeline
- Training will be provided
Requirement:
- Diploma in any field
- TOPIK Certification is required as the role requires Korean language
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but open to fresh graduate.
- Problem-solving skill and attentive to details
- Team player and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able to perform overtime
