Position Overview
What you’ll be doing
- Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all its transactions are in compliance with policies (internal & external), guidelines and regulations
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest products, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and practices
