Job Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate customers’ shipment arrangements to ensure smooth, timely execution.Liaise with overseas agents to arrange and monitor shipment movements.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.Compile shipment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of required documents.Prepare relevant reports related to shipment activities and customer requirements.Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.Support and contribute towards achieving the Company’s operational and service objectives.Job Requirements
