The role involves coordinating with overseas partners and customers, managing quotations and shipment updates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment enquiries.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for nominations.
Handle coordination with overseas agents and customers after nomination until shipment arrival.
Follow up for payments and ensure timely collection.
Maintain and update enquiry records regularly.
Update DSR (Daily Status Report) on a daily basis.
