- Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Working Location: Loyang
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Deliver high service standards, support customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities.
- Maintain service quality through standard procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly and accurately.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements, including cross-trade.
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities.
