• Handle air export bookings and shipment arrangements
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
• Prepare invoices, permits, reports, and Airway Bills accurately and on time
• Update customers on flight details, freight status, and delivery progress
• Follow up on cost approvals, GST billing, and payment collection
• Attend to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
