Our client is hiring immediately for Customer Service Executive in a call centre environment to support daily customer service operations. Candidates should be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope - Attend to inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Assist with bookings, enquiries, and document checks.
- Escalate urgent or sensitive cases appropriately.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with procedures.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support operational and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements - Minimum GCE βOβ Level or equivalent.
- 1 year of call centre/customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage.
