Position Overview
Job Description - Prepare quotations for all customers as requested, compile parts list, process PO, raise PR.
- Keep an administrative record of all the customer sales activities and warranty related matters.
- Assist visa applications, ticket bookings, and accommodation arrangements when required for After Sales related matters.
- Communicate and respond formally to all customers’ inquiries through email.
- Participate in safe keeping and stock take confirmation activity of spare parts inventory.
- Facilitate shipment of spare parts and other items to ensure efficient and smooth logistics operations.
- Coordinate parts manufacturing and modification with workshop.
- Manage and coordinate parts return & repair requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and order processing.
