Position: Customer Service Engineer - Johannesburg, South Africa
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - Customer Success team.
Responsibilities Execute established Malvern Panalytical Support Group procedures. Ensure overall customer satisfaction. Timely execute assigned service orders. Act as an ambassador of customer support excellence on site, diagnose problems and repair systems. Provide necessary training to customers. Manage tools and stock. Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities. Qualifications B. Sc. in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or comparable. Flexible, customer-oriented, strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of IBM-compatible computers and operating systems; experience with a business management system such as SAP or Sales Force/Service Max is advantageous.
