Position Overview
Position: Customer Service Engineer - Johannesburg, South Africa
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
- Execute established Malvern Panalytical Support Group procedures.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Timely execute assigned service orders.
- Act as an ambassador of customer support excellence on site, diagnose problems and repair systems.
- Provide necessary training to customers.
- Manage tools and stock.
- Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or comparable.
- Flexible, customer-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
