Online Hub Operative – Customer Service Ecommerce Operative

Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.

The Role: -

You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client’s website and Ebay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.

Key Responsibilities: -

* Taking photos of the products

* Working on a timeline

* Attention to detail

* Data entry

* Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling

* You will be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of others

* Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse
