The Opportunity

We’re growing our awesome Napier crew (yep — growing, not replacing!) and we’re on the hunt for fixed term Customer Service Representatives who love great people, good laughs, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us, with day-to-day tasks involving the handling of customer enquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns of complaints promptly and professionally.

Embracing a cross-functional approach, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the organisation, such as logistics and branch operations – supporting our mission to help keep people safe on our roads.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and vibrant team and given full support and training to ensure you are perfectly equipped with all the knowledge and solutions you will need to help with customer queries.
