Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team in Bottmingen, Switzerland. You are the first point of contact for our customers and are happy to take on their requests, whether by phone or e‑mail. Order processing is handled by our pre‑wholesaler (3PL), with whom you are in daily contact as well.

  • Receive and coordinate customer requests by phone and e‑mail and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Management and exchange of product master and sales data (e.g. price conditions) with pre‑wholesaler
  • Handling of product returns including credit note creation
  • Dispatch of product samples and their documentation in CRM system
