Description
We are seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions, process transactions accurately, and assist with administrative and financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to customers in person, by phone, and via email
+ Answer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed
+ Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
+ Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
+ Maintain customer accounts and update records in internal systems
+ Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking processes
+ Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative duties
