Receive customer requirments and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
Follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packagining to guarantee the best possible service level to ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
Manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
Access customer supplier portals as applicable (Ford & Stellantis) to support kanban call off, service requirments and overall customer feedback processes. Manage demand from customer communication and ensure a demand plan is generated into the ERP system.
Manage escalating supply issues ensuring customer communication is accurate and timely. Accountable to obtain customer approval for packaging (expandable and returnable as applicable).
