**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate as part of the Brokerage Field Services group within Wealth & Investment Management Operations.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will respond to inquiries and resolve issues from branch representatives (such as FAs and CAs) related to a variety of complex financial products, services, and select internal segments across multiple channels. You will deliver a bestβinβclass customer experience while accurately documenting actions in accordance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
